Foursomes Scratch Match-Play over 18 holes or to the conclusion of each Match, except that a halved game may delay continuing play until the results of the other two games are known. If two or more games are “halved” those games shall continue until one side has won a hole.
Thus at least two of the three games must be won to decide the overall result. The First Named Club is the Home Club and will take the honour on the first Tee. Both Clubs are equally responsible for arranging the Match. Each Club nominates one pair of Foursomes from each of the three Handicap Groups - 6 - 10, 11 - 14 & 15 - 20 inclusive.
Handicaps are as applicable on the day of any one Match. County Dress Rule applies to all matches - No Shorts, Jeans, Trainers, Collarless or Sleeveless Shirts.
