CAGU is the trading name Cambridge Area Golf Ltd which was incorporated in November 2019.
The Company operates via its Board of 6 Directors who in turn are supported by officer roles across Welfare, Course Rating and Handicaps.
The election of Directors and important decisions such as the approval of the accounts and changes to the Articles of Association are vested in the Company’s voting members – each affiliated Club has two voting members.
