Great commitment on Day 1 (26th August) of the National Counties Boys Final as we compete against England's leading players

Day 1 of the National Counties Boys Final has arrived following the tremendous achievement of securing a final place against very strong opposition.

Cambridgeshire take their rightful place alongside Hertfordshire, Wiltshire and Cheshire.

The day's match against Cheshire - losing 7.5 to 1.5 -  did not go our way but no one can question the commitment and sportsmanship of our very young side. We go again on Day 2 against equally strong opposition. 

Many thanks Head Coach Ben Kerr, Director of Junior Golf Paul Trujillo, U18 Manager Garry Kerr, and Deputy President Michael Smith who are the CAGU management team leading our team at Elsham Golf Club.  Thank you also to the parents and supporters who have made the journey into the depths of Lincolnshire.
