Owen Cousins wins the  opening winter series at St Neots Golf Club

A rainy day welcomed the players for the first round of the Winter series at St Neots GC. Owen Cousins from the home club and a past county captain rolled back the years to win with a 1over par 71. This included an opening 9 holes in 3 under par and a back 9 in 39. In second position was Toby Saunders from Brampton PK GC with a 72 and third Owen Meeds from St Neots GC with a 74. Jake Plumb won the U21 prize with a 77.
