Ely City Crowned 2025 CAGU Greensomes League Champions

Ely City have secured victory in the 2025 CAGU Greensomes League, overcoming Barkway Park with a final score of two wins and two halves.

The closely contested final was hosted at St Neots Golf Club on Sunday, 2nd November, where both teams delivered a high standard of golf in challenging autumn conditions.

The presentation took place following the conclusion of play, with newly elected St Neots Captain Richard Thomas handing the trophy to Ely City’s captain, Alan Kirby. The achievement marks an impressive season for Ely City, who demonstrated consistency and teamwork throughout the competition.

CAGU extends its thanks to St Neots Golf Club for hosting the final and congratulates all players who took part in this year’s Greensomes League.
